Samsung leaks new notched tablet on its own website

The design shown in the image on Samsung’s site corresponds with WinFuture from this month. If these unofficial details are to be believed, the Android tablet will have a 14.6-inch OLED display, with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2960x1848. That notch is thought to be housing two 12-megapixel selfie cameras. It’s not exactly clear what the second sensor may be for, but other devices have added ultrawide cameras for group selfies. Internally, the tablet is thought to be running Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, paired with a 11,200mAh battery, up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 512GB of storage. S Pen support is thought to be included, as well as optional 5G, and two rear cameras (a 13-megapixel main camera and a 6-megapixel ultrawide). The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will reportedly sit at the top of a three tablet lineup, which includes the Tab S8 and Tab S8 Plus. All three tablets are rumored to be powered by the same processor and feature S Pen stylus support, but the S8 Plus will reportedly have a smaller 12.7-inch OLED display and 10,090mAh battery, while the base S8 could have an 11-inch LCD and an 8,000mAh battery.

Xiaomi Redmi 11 5G specs and release date revealed

One of the most anticipated low-end smartphones from Xiaomi is supposed to see its release sometime next month, with no information on the actual date. 91mobiles got the most important specs ahead of launch, though, along with the Indian pricing. Xiaomi Redmi 10 The camera configuration is also known- 50MP sensor will be aided by a 2MP sensor on the back but it's unknown whether this is a macro shooter or just a depth sensor. The front will house a 5MP selfie camera. All of that hardware will run on a 5,000 mAh battery supporting 18W charging. Word on the street is that the Redmi 11 5G will ask INR 13,999 ($180) for the base 4GB/64GB version. If the report turns out to be accurate, we can expect a solid upgrade over the Redmi 10.

Google Pixel 8 Pro leak gives first look at design and new body temperature sensor

I can sort of see the appeal of being able to measure your body temperature, but it feels like rather an odd feature to include on a smartphone. Thermometers are not expensive, and as we all found in the pandemic infrared thermometers measure temperature almost instantly — and without coming into physical contact with anyone. It'll be interesting how Google might justifiy a built-in temperature sensor on the Pixel 8 Pro. It’s not 2020 anymore. Apparently the sensor will also be able to measure the temperature of objects as well, which expands its functionality a bit more. I’d be skeptical of using this sort of sensor on food, due to poor accuracy fears, but it could prove useful on other occasions when buying a dedicated IR or laser thermometer isn’t worth purchasing. There potential uses as well, and a few random options are already coming to mind. Checking the temperature of the sidewalk before walking your dog, making sure the stove has cooled down properly, random curiosity and other such occasions. Needless to say, it’ll be interesting how Google justifies such a feature, if it is indeed available on the Pixel 8 Pro. It’s not 2020 anymore. Google Pixel 8 Pro design first look The most important thing about this video is that it seems to give us our first proper look at the Pixel 8 Pro’s design. It’s also not particularly surprising either, since it looks remarkably similar to the That includes the metal camera bar and the pill-shaped cutout for the camera lenses thems...
