IMD predicts hotter, drier days in Delhi, mercury to touch 41°C

By India Today City Desk: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that Delhi is likely to witness hotter days with clear skies and dry weather over the next few days. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 41 degrees Celsius, it added. Though the Met Office has not predicted a heatwave for at least a week, such conditions may occur at isolated places. The Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC) Delhi, however, in its latest bulletin, predicted that there is a possibility of very light rain and thundershowers at one or two places during the night on Thursday and Friday. Rain is expected in parts of northwest India, including Delhi, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and west Uttar Pradesh, under the influence of
