The footage revealed that Agastya Chauhan was riding his Kawasaki Ninja bike on the Yamuna Expressway at a speed of 294 km per hour. Dehradun-based Youtuber Agastya Chauhan lost his life in a fatal accident on May 3. The the video clip, he was conversing with his friend Aamir Majid via bluetooth earbuds throughout the video. The video recording also reveals that Chauhan had expressed concerns about the quality of his helmet.

The camera installed near the spot of the incident is out of order due to which the speed at which Chauhan was going has not been confirmed yet, but it seems that he and one of his friends must have started a bike race from the Jevar toll plaza, leading to the accident, cops said. He died on the spot with severe head injuries. With one of Chauhan's friends claiming on Thursday that his death was 'actually a hit-and-run case' and he was hit by a speeding truck from behind, police are examining footage from CCTV cameras to determine the actual cause of the accident, as well as footage from Chauhan's helmet camera, which was also damaged in the crash. Deputy superintendent of police (Khair area) Rakesh Kumar Sisodia said, "The body was handed over to the family after conducting the autopsy. No police complaint has been made by the family". The Aligarh police that probed the incident later released a footage that was recorded on his helmet camera. The police say that his bike had achieved a speed of 294 kms per hour. However, one thing that can be seen in the video is that the YouTube’s helmet had some issue - Throughout the video, he can be heard saying that he is facing difficulty due to the helmet. While the high speed at which the bike hit the divider played a role in his death, his helmet too failed to protect his head. According to reports, the helmet itself had broken and failed to protect his head from injury. By Akram Khan: Popular YouTuber Agastya Chauhan died in a tragic bike crash on the Yamuna Expressway while attempting to ride his superbike at a speed of 300 kilometers per hour. Agastya, who had more than 1.2 million subscribers on his YouTube channel called Pro Biker 100, was on his way from Agra to Delhi. Agastya Chauhan's bikecrash took place near the 47-kilometer milestone mark on the Yamuna Expressway. The 25-year-old rider was a resident of Dehradun and had a huge following on social media, especially YouTube, where he posted videos of him riding his superbike, a Kawasaki Ninja. Upon receiving news of the accident, the Tappal police station of Aligarh district rushed to the scene and took custody of his body. The body was then sent to the mortuary of Kailash Hospital in Jewar, Greater Noida, for post-mortem, following whcih it was handed over to his family. Aligarh's Senior Superintendent of Police Kalanidhi Naithani confirmed Agastya Chauhan's death in the road accident. The Aligarh Police has urged motorists to drive responsibly and avoid speeding on the roads.
