I have stayed here in Block A in January 2023. They do not maintain any kind of hygiene specially toilets/bath, Stinky bedsheets, morning struggle for hot water. I think they have another building in the same premises and most of the reviews are based on that. I kindly suggest to verify before you plan to stay there. Look out for better places to stay at. This advertisement of bhakta Nivas and phone number are Bogus and Fraud sone by the fraudster in which phone numbers are mentioned and the devotees should not book any online booking as there is no online booking done by the Bhakta Nivas and we have came accross the cheating is being done to honest person and devotees who are booking for the rooms and amount transferred to the QR code are fraud done by wrong person and the advertisement appearing should be banned and the written complaint letter also submitted to Bhakta Nivas Akkalkot and please take the appropriate action and block the same at the earliest. Thanks. General hall accomodation isn't at all recommended. They have shatranji laid out in a hall. The shatranji is full of dirt, torn at many places, unwashed for months, foul smelling due to spillage of food on it. It's better to sleep on the floor there. But again, it's impossible to sleep for the amount of mosquito's present in the room. Only plus point, ultra hot water available for bathing in morning esp. during winter. परगावच्या स्वामीभक्तांची महाप्रसादाची सोय झाली. परंतु हजारोंच्या संख्येने येणाऱ्या स्वामी भक्तांची निवासव्यवस्था नसल्याने त्यांना मनापासुन स्वामी सेवा रूजु करता येत नव्हती, त्यामुळे अन्नछत्र मंडळाने सुमारे १५ कोटींचा बांधकाम प्रकल्प हाती घेतला आणि सर्वप्रथम भाविकांच्या निवासासाठी यात्री निवास बांधण्याचे निश्चित झाले. ही इमारत मंदिरसदृश्य असुन भव्य आणि देखणी वास्तु आहे. ही वास्तु म्हणजे सोलापुर जिल्हयाच्या सौंदर्यात भर असे म्हटले तरी वावगे ठरू नये. ही इमारत ३ मजली असुन या इमारतीत मोठे १८ हॉल्स आणि 66 खोल्या आहेत. ही इमारत १५००० चौ.फुट जमिनीवर व्यापली आहे. या इमारतीत अंदाजे ५००० स्वामीभक्त आराम करतील अशी क्षमता व व्यवस्था येथे आहे. तसेच या इमारतीमध्ये जवळपास ७५ च्यावर सेवेकरी अहोराञ पाळयांमध्ये काम करीत असतात. या ठिकाणी लॉकर्सची सुविधा आहे. कार्यतत्पर सेवेकरी, स्वच्छता टापटीप, हवेशीरपणा, प्रसन्न व मोकळे वातावरण, सेवेकर्यांची विनम्र वागणुक, भरपुर पाणी, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था आणि वाहनतळ लगतच अन्नछञ व अगदी समोरच श्री. स्वामी समर्थांचे मंदिर तसेच नाममात्र देणगी शुल्क अशी या वास्तुची वैशिष्टये आहेत. ही इमारत यात्री निवास १ इमारती शेजारी असुन श्री शमिविघ्नेश गणेशमंदिरा समोर आहे. सद्या या इमारतीचे बांधकाम चालु असुन ही अद्यावत आणि आरामदायी व व्ही आय पी सुट ने परिपुर्ण असलेली इमारत आहे. सदर इमारतीत १०६ खोल्या असुन ही इमारत ३ मजली आहे. या इमारतीत १८ वातानुकूलीत खोल्या (ए सी खोल्या प्रत्येक मजल्यास ६) आहेत.
