File consumer complaint against Amazon

Reported By: T Wood Contact information: Amazon Newnan, GA Every time Amazon delivers in our neighborhood, they go up and down each driveway versus stopping on the street and walking the package to the house. Most packages ordered through Amazon are small so it doesn’t require any heavy lifting. Again today, my boys are playing basketball in the driveway and here comes Amazon again. How stupid do you have to be knowing kids are playing in the driveway yet you need to drive right in for a packages less than 8 fluid ounces. I confronted the driver and he wanted to let me know he does 200 stops a day. Explained to stay out of the driveway and walk it next time. We don’t need dead kids because of him being lazy to get out and walk. After his mouth shot off and told him to get off my property he shows up on the street a minute later taking pics of my house. Anytime he would like to revisit this I pray the cops get to the house first as my firearms don’t discriminate. —————————————————- How to file a complaint against Amazon? * Go to Submit Complaint page * Write Amazon in company name section and write your complaint in detail * Enter your personal information (email will not be published) * Get refund / replacement / damages from Amazon. People of the State of California v Amazon.com The following describes a pending government action that has been formally brought by a government agency but has not yet been resolved. We are providing a summary of the governments allegations, which have not yet been proven. On September 14, 2022, in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of San Francisco, the People of the State of California filed a lawsuit against Amazon.com, Inc. The complaint alleges violations of The Cartwright Act (Business and Professional Code §16720, et seq.); and The California Unfair Competition Law – Unlawful and Unfair Prongs (Business and Professional Code § 17200, et seq.); with a demand for a Jury Trial. According to the complaint, in order to avoid competing on prices with other online e-commerce sites, Amazon requires merchants to enter into agreements that severely penalize them if their products are offered for a lower price off-Amazon. Attorney General Bonta alleges that these agreements thwart the ability of other online retailers to compete, contributing to Amazon's dominance in the online retail marketplace and harming merchants and consumers through inflated fees and higher prices. The complaint alleges, Amazon has orchestrated the substantial market power it now enjoys through agreements at the retail and wholesale level that prevent effective price competition in the online retail marketplace. Merchants must agree not to offer lower prices elsewhere — including com...
