Season 18 premiered on Tuesday, May 30 on NBC, introducing long time fans, and those tuning into the competition series for the first time, to a new crop of talented hopefuls vying for $1 million dollar grand prize. Judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, and Sofia Vergara, as well as host Terry Crews, are back to see who has what it takes to make it all the way, and who won’t make it past the audition portion of the contest. What makes AGT so unique is that it’s not a competition that focuses on one talent. Singers, dancers, ventriloquists, comedians, spoken word poets, dog trainers, and more have the opportunity to win. It all just depends on whose talent is most beloved by the judges and the audience. If you’ve caught an episode of the series then you know it takes place in front of a live studio audience, but you may not know where it’s filmed or how to get tickets. Here’s what we know!
