If someone were to ask me how I have been spending all my time during this lockdown, I would have to lie to them. Because if I tell the truth, I would receive a lot of judgement. For instance, two days ago I got extremely bored at home and decided to fish out my age-old roller skates and well, skate in the house. Pro tip: when you skate after like ten years and you are clumsy as I am, you gotta move your furniture away. If you don’t, you will end up with bruises and one nasty cut like me. So, you see why I lie and tell people I am cleaning, cooking or learning a new language when I am actually doing stupid, super embarrassing things, right? All we have wanted an abundance of free time and now, that we have it, we just don’t know what to do with ourselves so we do things. One thing I have learned though is that I am not alone. People who are filling their time by doing utterly stupid and necessary things is Twitter’s bread and butter right now. That and well, feuds. I mean come on, I don’t why a person with a lot to would sit around dipping eggs in chai. BTW, whoever thought of defiling chai should be penalised.
