The Ministry of Railways has introduced ‘Bharat Gaurav Trains’ to showcase India’s rich cultural heritage by connecting important historical, cultural and religious places of the country through railways. Till date, 29 trips of Bharat Gaurav Trains have been operated across the length and breadth of the country. Taking this novel initiative ahead, Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will commence the “Sri Rameshwaram Tirupati Dakshin Darshan Yatra” from Sabarmati station on June 23, 2023. The trips will span over 8 days. The Bharat Gaurav exclusive tourist train is all set to start its Jyotirlinga Yatra. The ‘05 Jyotirlinga Yatra’ of 8 nights and 9 days will begin on February 4, 2023. Travellers can board and deboard in Udaipur, Jaipur, Chaderiya, Bhilwara, and Ajmer. The special Bharat Gaurav tourist train will be journeying over Veraval, Pune, Dwarka, Aurangabad, and Nashik.
