Otherwise, there have been so many disappointments galore one Friday after another that all hopes were being pinned on Rakshabandhan/Independence Day weekend releases Raksha Bandhan and Laal Singh Chaddha. In fact, it had seemed that the cold wave would continue for at least two more weeks with theatres turning out to be a dead show.
