Internet Service not working.

I have taken FTTH bsnl service for which i have paid 7000 registration fee. I am paying monthly plan. Internet service is dead from last five days. Every time raised issue with concerned service provider. They are not paying heed to my complaint, only give hollow promises of resuming service. As, it is pandemic and j am working for a prive organisation. Wfh is mandatory. I almost lost my monthly salary as i was not able to do any work, further which can put my job at stake. In my state no 4 g connection is working and i have no choice except fiber broadband. My service provider has switched the phone off as well. Kindly look into this matter. The local vendor authorized by BSNL fiber they chargerd more , and when if you asked for this they show there aitutde , they talk like such manner "no need to think about how much distance from we provide connection from you if you interest than it take this charge, else your choice." Even there are 2 or 3 fiber connection, near my locality in between 90- 100 meters or less.

Recently over the past three months i have had high ping issues and bad internet service i was disconnected form my university final exam 3 times i lost marks because of BSNL internet, i have informed this issue to them several times, but they all have turned a blind towards my problem. The network gets interrupted all the time, they don’t understand the frustration of students and people who work from home. Ping for a fiber connection should be under 30 my ping is in hundreds i have literally shown a BSNL engineer this issue but he still doesn’t care.
