அன்பார்ந்த தோழர்களேமத்திய மாநில சங்கங்களின் முடிவின்படி 18. 4 .2020 சனிக்கிழமை அன்று BSNLEU மற்றும் AIBDPA இரண்டு மாவட்ட சங்கங்கள் இணைந்து வேலூர் பகுதியில் உள்ள நமது ஒவ்வொரு ஒப்பந்த ஊழியருக்கும் ரூபாய் 1600 மதிப்புள்ள 25 கிலோ அரிசி மற்றும் 12 வகையான மளிகைப் பொருட்கள் வேலூர் BSNL ஊழியர் சங்க அலுவலகத்தில் 52 ஒப்பந்த ஊழியர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டது. மாவட்டம் முழுவதும் ஒப்பந்த ஊழியர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது. தோழர் B.ஜோதி சுதந்திர நாதன் மாவட்ட செயலாளர் , AIBDPA தோழர் எம் சதீஷ் குமார்மாவட்ட செயலாளர் TNTCWU, தோழர் C. ஞானசேகரன் மாநில உதவி செயலாளர் AIBDPA , தோழர் J. திருஞானசம்பந்தம் மாநில அமைப்பு செயலாளர் AIBDPA மற்றும் BSNLEU மாவட்ட சங்க நிர்வாகிகள் கலந்து கொண்டனர். நரேந்திர மோடி அரசாங்கம் அமலாக்கி வரும் கார்ப்பரேட் ஆதரவு, தொழிலாளர் விரோத, நவீன தாராளமயமாக்கல் கொள்கைகளுக்கு எதிராக, இந்திய தொழிலாளி வர்க்கம் 2020, ஜனவரி 8ஆம் தேதி பொது வேலை நிறுத்தம் நடத்துகிறது. இந்திய தொழிலாளி வர்க்கத்தின் பிரிக்க முடியாத ஒரு பகுதியாக இருக்கும் BSNL ஊழியர் சங்கமும், இந்த வேலை நிறுத்தத்தில் பங்கேற்கிறது. பொதுத்துறைகளை தனியார்மயமாக்குவது, தேசத்தின் சொத்துக்களை கார்ப்பரேட்டுகளுக்கு தாரை வார்ப்பது, முதலாளிகளுக்கு ஆதரவாக தொழிலாளர் நலச்சட்டங்களை மாற்றுவது உள்ளிட்ட விஷயங்களுக்கு எதிராக இந்த வேலைநிறுத்தம் நடைபெறுகிறது. 3வது ஊதிய மாற்றம், ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் உள்ளிட்ட பிரச்சனைகளின் தீர்வையும், BSNL ஊழியர் சங்கம் கோரியுள்ளது. கிளை, மாவட்ட சங்கங்கள், இந்த வேலை நிறுத்தத்தை மிகப்பெரும் வெற்றி பெறச்செய்திட வேண்டும். உண்ணா விரத போராட்டத்திற்கு அழைப்பு விடுக்கப்பட்டதன் காரணமாக, 22.11.2019 அன்று DIRECTOR (HR) மற்றும் BSNLEU...

Meeting with PGM(SR):- President met the PGM (SR) today and apprised her the deep concerns of the union on the issuance of unilateral orders dt 05-06-2023 for authorization, online of deduction of unions subscriptions. She was told that right of consultation, should be respected. There is every likelihood of misuse of the procedure. Coverage of DOT Recruits appointed in BSNL as on 01-01-2004 under CCS(Pension) Rule – 1972:- Matter has been discussed with PGM (Est) and earlier rules issued vide No.-28/30/2004-P and PW(B), dt-26-07-2005, 38/58/06-P and PW(A), dt-11-10-2006 and 05-03-2008 have been submitted to PGM (Est). The PGM (Est) has told to President of union that all these will be sent to DOT for coverage of employees in Pension Rule, 1972.... It should be delisted before merger with BSNL. Merger of MTNL with BSNL should not be the backdoor method to start disinvestment in BSNL.(2) MTNL is having a liability of around Rs.30,000 crore. This liability should be taken over by the government and should not be loaded on BSNL.(3) MTNL’s networks are in a bad shape. The amount required to restore MTNL’s networks at Delhi and Mumbai, should be fully borne by the government.BSNLEU is in total agreement with the above views of the Joint Forum.
