We rolled in to Seagrove beach on a Friday afternoon without a reservation for bikes. We called Ryan at Bumblebee and he directed us to the website and assured us he could get them to us the next day. I thought I reserved 5 but had only reserved 4. When we called, he was super friendly and said he would throw in another bike. We were scheduled to get the bikes at 3:00 pm but had them by noon. When my husband’s bike was messed up, they had it switched out in a couple of hours—even though we said it was no rush. I will definitely rent from them next time I stay on 30A. Excellent and friendly service for a great rate.

The Bumblebee Bike has been custom-build by RH Customs as a motorcycle that looks good enough to be featured in the next installment of the Transformers science fiction franchise. The motorcycle is built on a 1,284cc Honda X4 that has been customized to perfection with a custom-designed saddle seat, a series of cam covers salvaged from a 1972 Chevrolet Camaro SS and more. The motorcycle is rounded out with an intricately designed Bumblebee head unit in the front to further drive home the homage to the namesake character from the Transformers franchise. The Bumblebee Bike maintains a low-slung design that's finished with a black and yellow paint job, and also features Autobotos logos and emblems on the front forks and elsewhere on the bike. With 100 years of history in the books, the City of Fort Lauderdale is comprised of some of the country's most expensive waterfront real-estate, distinct historic neighborhoods, world famous Las Olas Boulevard and some hidden surprises, like a craft beer and wine market that offers the most refreshing local brews - and you can see it all with Bumble Bee Bike Tours. Our tour guides were the owners, Nate and Laura. They did an awesome job! We definitely saw things on the tour that we would not have seen on our own. The pace was relaxed, but not slow. They did a good job of keeping us mostly off of the really busy roads. The bikes were very comfortable and we liked that they had hand brakes since that is what we are used to riding. Also, the baskets are a nice touch so we didn't need to wear a backpack. Bike tours are one of our favorite ways to explore new cities. We have done quite a few and Bumble Bee Bike Tours is one of my favorites! This is a great tour not only for people visiting the city but also for locals. I've lived here for years but still learned a ton about the city and saw some amazing tucked-away neighborhoods. The tour ended at a very cool cafe right on Las Olas, where we sipped drinks and ate great food. Highly recommended! I enjoy exploring cities on a bike but this tour was not very interesting.
