Canada has issued 4,800 Invitations to Apply in a new all-program Express Entry draw. The June 8 draw featured a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 486, two points lower than the previous all-program draw. This was Canada’s ninth all-program draw of 2023. It has also conducted four Provincial Nominee Programs draws and one targeted at Federal Skilled Worker candidates. Canada has now issued 55,449 ITAs in 2023 after inviting 45,115 candidates in the whole of 2022.
