Do not buy anything from this company, I been waiting fro my order to arrive almost 2 months. I request for a refund but no response. They sent me a screenshot of status says the courier failed delivery attempts. But they use different tracking number with mine. When I bombarded them with email they didn't reply. I sent a screenshot of my tracking number its says still out for delivery since the 16th. WTf I am never writing reviews or feedbacks because I don’t have the time for that but I was so annoyed today at the Charles & Keith shop because of the poor customer service the company offers. I bought yesterday a sunglasses for my daughter and it was not her taste so I wanted to return the product. It is unfortunately not possible, I couldn’t get my money back and neither a voucher for the nearly future. The few items like shoes which could have been my taste weren’t there in my size. So I had no other possibility than to keep the sunglasses which costs 560 and which nobody will use. I think nowadays it is not acceptable that the customer can’t return the items and have his money back. We will definitely never buy anything again at Charles & Keith and won’t recommend the brand. I order the shoes from thiers website. They sent the tracking number to me but my package never arrive. It’s show delivered somewhere in NewYork and the zip code but no detail address. I try to contact the costumer care so many time but no one answer or response about this problem.I try ...
