3 Ways to Make Cinnamon Tea

Fill a pot with water and a cinnamon stick. Pour 1 ½ cups of water into a medium saucepan. Add 1 cinnamon stick, and cover the pot with a lid before placing it on the stovetop. The cinnamon flavor comes out of the stick when it’s slow boiled, so set the stove’s burner to medium low. Allow it to come to a boil, which should take approximately 15 to 25 minutes.
