Good spacious building.Only 144 flats, 48 2-BHK, 2.5 BHK & 3- BHK flats each.Developer has designed well, but some loose efforts from its management within building premises, looses ones appreciation. Quality of construction is good but not excellent.Flats are Pricey, in comparison to other nearby societies, but that is due to its location.3 sides will always be open, and closeness to Ghatotkach Circle makes it a prime location.Best part is its society, all very well mannered and cultured families, regular get togethers and cultural and religious gatherings, make it a happening society.Building manager doesnt maintain well, asks exorbitant charges for petty maintenance works.Gym and trainer is very good, club facilities are good, but again, low on maintenance. These are newly built apartments next to UIT auditorium and it is nearby the local LIC building, new medical college, ATM and petrol pump. Before, this area was just alright but this new building has increased the show of this area. We hope that due to this building the cleanliness of this area will increase. Best residential cum commercial building, ground and under ground front area are left for commercial use and upper 12 floors are kept for residential purpose. There are two floor parking, 6 lifts and a club house. Lot of windows and ventilation. Separate entry and exit. Building is in a nice location.

City Park Kota Kinabalu City Park is a landscaped garden in the heart of Kota Kinabalu, a small refuge in the sweltering metropolitan heat among flowering trees and shrubs.
