JEE Main cutoff are released as the minimum and maximum cutoffs. To briefly define, the minimum cutoff is the percentile required for the candidate to be eligible for the JoSAA counselling (for NIT, IIIT, and GFTI only). On the other hand, the maximum cutoff is the percentile above which the category reservation of a candidate will stand cancelled and the candidate will be treated and admitted under the general category.
