NEW DELHI: Delhi had its second coldest December in 15 years with the national capital recording a mean minimum temperature of 7.1 degrees Celsius, according to Indian Meteorological Department (IMD). The city also recorded eight cold wave days this month which was joint highest in 55 years, as the same number of cold wave days were recorded in December 2018.
