These worksheets challenge kids to use descriptive language in writing and speaking exercises, select appropriate adjectives from word banks to complete sentences, and compare with adjectives.

When they land on a square with an adjective in it, the students should say the word / make a sentence with the adjective. The aim of the game is to get to the ‘center star’ to win a point. The only way to get to the center star is to land on the yellow arrows in the middle of the board game. After about 10/15 minutes, stop the game and the student with the most points is the winner.
