I do not require the connection. I was told from your office that the connection will be disconnected within 2-3 days in April, 2010. There after I had reminded you through It seems that you have not disconnected the internet connection and send a bill dated 19th May, 2010 for an amount of Rs.455/- for the period 17.4.2010 to 16.5.2010. Numerous calls to the office of the AM have only resulted in assurances by the PS of the AM promising to resolve the problem at the earliest . The problem according to the local linesman is that the cable is cut and needs to be jointed. It is pathetic that BSNL has not been able to give me a landline with Broadband when it is advertising si much about its services!!!.
