Stocks wavered. The S&P 500 was down 0.4%. The Nasdaq Composite fell 1.3%. The Dow industrials were up 0.3%, or about 92 points. Supporting U.S. stocks was a sign that the economy remains in good health: Americans Treasury yields rose. The yield on the benchmark 10-year U.S. Treasury note settled at 3.782%, from 3.699% Tuesday. The two-year yield rose to 4.548%, from 4.523%. Overseas, Japan’s Nikkei 225 fell after closing Tuesday at its In China, exports fell 7.5% from a year ago in May, outpacing the 1% decline expected by economists. It's the latest sign that the world’s second-largest economy is contending with a fading recovery.
