Haldiraam outlet in this place serves good food but the service is bad. No queue for payment and it’s a chaos. Had to call the manager as everyone was cutting the queue. Finally with manager coming could order and get the food. Looked like under staffed restaurant, with lot of clientele on a holiday. Need to improve service quality to attract more customers and have them leave satisfied.

When I will visit pathankot stay at best Western but this time best Western sold I choosed zone the park hotel. Room are Patheic hot water issue called many time to housekeeping for extra towel no response. Horrible experience at zone by park pathankot. I will not recommended to stay there. Very courteous staff, very nice hospitality, will definitely recommend visiting this hotel. We tried their south indian food, namely idli wada masala dosa and we were very much heartfelt with the flavours. We also tried the masala chai tea latte and their in house brewed hot mocha, both very very very nice. - Apurva (Mumbai)
