I have purchased a fireboltt ninja call 2 smartwatch through flipkart online it's got physical damage recently i am trying to get the repair or replacement but there's no service centers in Hyderabad. I am trying to contact customer care service number but it's not working i have sent multiple emails but no response i am helpless it's completely cheating of customer Please kindly check the issue and do the needful.

While receiving the product was in working condition.But after one month of use it stopped working, and is neither getting charged nor getting ON.I have registered for warranty in Fire Boltt Site. I have logged a complaint by sending mail to [email protected] on 20 th August. After so many mails I got reply back the product will be replaced aftr checking the defective product, and the product was picked from my me on 14 September through Bluedart arranged by Fireboltt, also I was told that it may again take aroung 10 to 15 days for the replacement .Its being now more than 15 days, still no response from Fireboltt team.I contacted the Fire Boltt customer service through phone and they replied it will soon be replaced and no replacement have been done till now.
