I had an order from Walmart get cancelled and it took like a week and a half for that money to return to my bank account because they had to “investigate” AFTER I sent them an email because they didn’t catch the cancellation on their own for some odd reason. I had another order from a vinyl store that never processed with the actual store but Four charged me for. Four did nothing really to try and rectify the situation. Luckily the store saw it happening a lot through the Four app and said that they’d fulfill my order still. That store no longer takes Four as an option for payment though.
