Agreed. Part of the problem is that the mid atlantic has an extremely high rate of butt ass retarded drivers/100k licenses issued. Boston has a similar problem as does most all of Commiefornia. But DC is the only place where I've seen drivers in the left lane of traffic go from 65 to ZERO when it starts to rain.......the ****ing retards just STOP in the left ****ing lane!!!! I swear I keep expecting to open a newspaper and see an advertisement from DC City something like this: "Do you suck at driving? Come to DC! Bonus paid for slackers and welfare recipients" You hot the nail on the head! The absolute worst drivers ever! I see it like this....if my car can make it through the rain you pos prius can definately make it. Well i guess i can forgive you....i mean i wouldnt want you to end you phone call, or get outa the left lane. God forbid you follow that law, the left lane is for passing. (impeeding traffic, hell i consider it wreckless driving) There is a standing wall of traffic just north of Quantico that is always there 24/7.
