In 2021, Meister launched the Commercial Graduate Trainee Program and welcomed its first intake of talented trainees. It’s a program designed to give graduates a unique opportunity to rotate between 3 different departments over a period of 18 months: 6 months in the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success departments respectively. In September 2021, trainees Anabel Arndt, Marlene Lechner and Matthias Lasselsberger became part of the Meister team.
