The Graphic Designer role is a contract position that involves the production of digital and print art assets to support the Garden of Eden retail operation. Garden of Eden operates two retail cannabis dispensaries in the East Bay of Northern California. Garden of Eden Hayward is one of the original dispensaries in California with operations dating back to 2003. Garden of Eden Livermore is the only dispensary in California that is located on a working vineyard. The Graphic Designer will work store management on a variety of projects related to marketing campaigns and the customer experience. This includes developing marketing flyers as well as images that are used within the store’s print and digital signage. The Graphic Designer will also support email and text campaigns as well as the development of assets used on the Company’s website. The Graphic Designer will be expected to adopt and apply the Garden of Eden Brand Guidelines. Required Capabilities • Possess a compelling portfolio of relevant graphic design work. • Demonstrated experience working with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. • Experience working with website platforms such as SquareSpace. • Ability to work with Google G-Suite applications, Slack, and Monday. Cannabis industry experience is not required. The Graphic Designer can work remotely. This is a remote position.
