The City of Thousand Oaks operates a permanent,state-of-the-art Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility, open to residents of Thousand Oaks & unincorporated Ventura County (e.g. Lake Sherwood, Santa Rosa Valley, El Rio, Saticoy, Piru).
