Hawaii Bicycling League is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1975. Our Mission is to enable more people to ride bicycles for health, recreation, and transportation through advocacy, education, and events. As O‘ahu’s oldest and largest cycling organization, Hawaii Bicycling League advocates for positive changes that will help make Hawai‘i a cycling paradise and encourage more people to ride bicycles. Each year, HBL teaches thousands of 4th graders bike safety and conducts hundreds of workshops and presentations. House Bill Of Lading hay còn được viết tắt là HBL là vận đơn thứ cấp do công ty Forwarder phát hành cho Shipper (là những người gửi hàng thực tế) và Consignee (người nhận hàng thực tế) trong trường hợp Shipper không yêu cầu Bill gốc từ phía hãng tàu. Before we unpack the difference between these two types of bill of lading, it is important to understand what a bill of lading is. A bill of lading is a document that serves three primary purposes: • A bill of lading is always a receipt that acknowledges the transfer of cargo from one party to another. • A bill of lading is sometimes a contract for carriage. A contract for carriage is a written agreement that one party will move cargo to a particular destination on behalf of another party. In the absence of a separate contract, the bill of lading assumes the role of a contract of carriage by default. • A bill of lading sometimes serves as evidence of title. In the context of law, title means ownership. A bill of lading marked "negotiable" indicates evidence of title and can be sold from one party to another any number of times; this enables cargo to be transferred from one transportation company to another during its journey to its destination.
