I test drove a vehicle here today. I left work early abd drove from out of town over an hour. it took quite a while for someone to even notice I was there and help me, but I finally got the keys and was actually impressed with the vehicle, other than the broken A/C. I returned to the lot after about 15 minutes, and nodded at the salesman in the office who was on the phone. He nodded back, and watched me put the keys on the counter and stand and wait for a few minutes while he continued his call. I then sat down in the lobby to wait for him to finish, hoping to discuss the purchase of the vehicle. I waited about 10 minutes or so, and after realizing more and more that he was not even on a business call, I just left. He clearly did not feel like selling me a car, so I decided to go elsewhere, perhaps someplace that would actually acknowledge my existence, for starters. We had a trade in car and were interested in a vehicle they had on their lot that would better fit our family. After a short and reasonable discussion, we were offered a fair market value price on our trade in to put towards the new vehicle that the misses liked very much. After a short test drive , there seemed to be a check engine code that wouldn't go away without further inspection. Chris and Trevor worked together to get us taken care of. Unfortunately, the first attempt to fix the issue proved more than we both bargained for. I brought the vehicle back to them, and since this was a pre-existing condition...
