Check in process was quite fast and good. But the cover for the room card was almost in a worn off condition. The walls of the lift were not at all cleaned or dusted for quite a while and I think the hotel management is not at all aware of the need for maintaining and cleaning. The rooms were okay. Spacious and the bed spreads were clean. The bathroom was also okay, enough space and clean, but the taps are stained may be due to hard water. But the biggest disappointment was regarding commode which was stained and not properly cleaned... Hotel arjuna service is good our family Member's staying in three rooms every room cleaning is nice before c/in Google I sea hotel the photos and after C/in hotel rooms are same good conditions Food is tasty all staff is helpful Person...hotel car barking is big Driver rooms and food also available hotel to temple just 1 km near bus stand all every thing is good... Though the look and feel is good, the behavior and service of the hotel is worst. You wont get Tea/Coffe...

Curtains are torn. Bed and pillow was not clean. Found lots of hair on arrival. No mosquito repellent inspite of having mosquito. AC is not working properly. Housekeeping and reception is pathetic. I booked 3 x rooms for 2 nights and they are charing 12% extra for card payment. ...
