Its horrible Hotel-- Irresponsible peoples are working here,,,they are taking the booking and selling the same room to another party with high rate.Later we have to wait there for hours to get the room..No wifi connectivity,, there is a lady in the reception,,,ohhhhhh horrible.. Bedsheets & towels both had stains. House keeping was prompt though. None of this surprised us, coz we r budget travellers, and we frequent these kind of budget hotels. Rooms are good and check-in was quick and it was on Friday. Staffs are good. Breakfast was nice with south Indian dishes. You do have Cornflakes and boiled egg. I was stayed in room no.4103, the door has got problem in lock, I have informed while c/inn itself to the manger Manogar,who was sitting reception he have replayed while you back your complaint will be rectified but when I back from office still my door was not opening, I have shouted in lobby then they have some other normal key that too not working but in reception that guy simply sitting and answering me, one girl was standing other girl was sitting, i felt they won’t treat me as a guest, then room has been shifted to 1st floor there is no Wifi... oooopppsss drat..! What a f****g hotel and manager he not even responded for WiFi issue, he showed finger to the receptionist and walk away to some were😡😡. I tried to contact GM of the hotel, but as per Manogar GM not available every time. GM got fear to face guest ???, worst management, I personally suggest the management to state that reception manager and the staff are worst I have seen ever in my life better to change or give proper training especially basic knowledge about to greet the guest with smile and welcome manner, it’s not just sitting and answer as well showing anger face to the guest, In future I never going to come hotel green palace even I suggest my company and friends too…
