Hotel mahayana darjeeling

Good clean rooms and washroom with wooden floors. Food was good and staff was quite humble. The location is near to Mall, although the entrance is narrow but it’s same case in all hill station. The rooms has electric kettle, slippers, cosy bed with running hot and cold water. It was a great experience of watching Kanchanjunga from the room We recently stayed at hotel Mahyana at Darjeeling situated at Ladenla road near Big bazar. Some positive and​ some negative issue are observed by us at the property. Positive: 1 The hotel is centrally located at Darjeeling, Mall near about 350 meter, toy train station also about 350 meter away, market is also near by. 2 Building is newly renovated 3 lift facility also there 4 Hotel has inside restaurant 5 Toilets are very good and equipped with modern amenities 6 house keeping service is good 7 Electrical kettle provided in every rooms 8 Only 3 or 4 rooms at the top floor ie. 4th floor have mount kanchanjhunga view rest rooms have no views 9 Manager Mr. Amzad Ali khan and the receptionist madam is very helpful Hotel has some negative issue too they are 1 The hotel have some serious issues regarding 24 hours water supply. We faced nearly regular interrupt water of our 4 night stay there, even 12 hours in a particular day we have no water in our wash room 2 Room service is pathetic 3 Hotel is not situated on main road but it's about 30 to 40 down stairs from main road in a narrow lane 4 No rooms have any balcony and rooftop also Locked...
