The overall external view of the hotel is great. Its ambience is fantastic. But from service perspective, it is very slow and annoying. The room where I lived was damp on one side. Inside the bathroom drops of water was falling from the ceiling beside the light. The people in the restaurant don't pick up the call sometimes. Sometimes they take wrong order of food due to misunderstanding between some terms. The quality of food was average. From my view point, any traveller could easily be fooled by the exquisite ambience, lighting and exterior of the hotel as well as by the beauty of the rooms.
