With google chrome I have it set to not allow access to my laptop webcam, also on Norton Safecam it is set to block access to google chrome. Whenever I close chrome I get a popup message that google chrome is trying to access my camera, also when I am browsing it keeps popping up from time to time with the same message. The problem with this though is that it also stops the Skype camera from working.
