Ind vs Ire: Shoaib Akhtar, who? Bhuvneshwar Kumar's '208 kmph' delivery stuns netizens during 1st T20I

Interestingly, Bhuvneshwar not only bamboozled the Irish batters but the star pacer also wowed fans with his lethal pace. Some fans were even convinced that Bhuvneshwar has shattered the world record by bowling the fastest delivery in the history of white-ball cricket. A speed gun error during the broadcast of the 1st T20I baffled netizens on Sunday. The speed gun showed pacer Bhuvneshwar breaching the 200-plus kmph mark not once but twice! Talking about the match, pacer Bhuvneshwar bagged the crucial wicket of Ireland skipper Andrew Balbirnie in the first over of the contest. Pacer Bhuvneshwar leaked only 16 runs and bowled 3 overs in the rain-curtailed match. Captain Pandya, speedster Avesh Khan and spinner Yuzvendra Chahal shared three wickets as India restricted Ireland to 108-4 in the 12-over match. In reply, India chased down the target in just 9.2 over to defeat Ireland by 7 wickets at The Village. "Yes I did enjoy bowling. There was a bit of swing with the new ball. It was much better to bat after 4-5 overs. Doesn't matter what format it is, if you get these kind of wickets it is always good to bowl Test-match line and length. Umran made his debut, few more yet to make, so we have a lot of exciting talent. This is the kind of format which produces many cricketers. Best part about our team is wherever we go people come out to support us," Bhuvneshwar said after the match.

He played a few beautiful shots but he got some lucky edges too that could have easily been out. I like watching him because he is positive but do I think he is going to be consistent in the Ashes? Absolutely not. But do I think he can create an impact and some momentum, which is what they want from him - yes, I think he will do on a few occasions. • First Ever Bentley To Race At Le Mans 24 Hours 100 Years Ago Sells For Over £3m classic Bentley that competed in the Le Mans 24 Hours race 100 years ago has sold for over £3million. The Bentley 3 Litre was the first British car and the first Bentley to compete at the iconic race in its debut year. The motor, a Chassis 141, was owned by Canadian WW1 veteran, adventurer and Bentley dealer John Duff who decided he wanted to enter himself and the vehicle into a new 24-hour race to be held at a place in France called Le Mans in 1923. Duff reached out to W.O Bentley requesting he prepare his dependable car for the gruelling race. Although Bentley thought it mad, he agreed and lent factory test driver Frank Clement to co-drive. After 24 hours at the wheel – during which they set the lap record of 66.69mph, in a car with rear brakes only – they finished joint 4th despite having run out of fuel due to stones puncturing the tank. Brokered by Kidston SA, a company founded by Simon Kidston – the nephew of Glen Kidston, who won the 1930 Le Mans 24 Hours at the wheel of a Bentley – this car represents the beginning of the Bentley legend. The 24 Hours of Le Mans is the world's oldest active endurance racing event. Unlike fixed-distance races whose winner is determined by minimum time, the 24 Hours of Le Mans is won by the car that covers the greatest distance in 24 hours.
