Mhada lottery 2023 Mumbai: 11% reservation in minority group cancelled for people representatives Mhada housing projects have decided to cancel the 11% reservation in minority the group for people representatives, state government employees, central government employees and Mhada employees as they don’t fall under the minority category. In place of them, Mhada has decided to give this 11% to transgenders, oppressed women and unorganised employees. The proposal in this regard has been sent by the Mumbai Corporation of MHADA to the state government. Of the 11%, 2% each belong to people representatives, Mhada employees and central government employees, 5% belong to the state government employees. Under the new proposal, 4% will be reserved for oppressed women, 2% for senior citizens, 1% for transgenders and 2% for unorganised workers.
