मध्य प्रदेश के इंदौर में स्नेह नगर में रामनवमी को हुए बावड़ी हादसे का एक वीडियो सामने आया है। मौत से लड़कर एक महिला लगभग ऊपर आ चुकी थी कि अचानक रस्सी टूट गई। इस रस्सी से मानों महिला के जीवन की डोर बंधी थी। रस्सी टूटते ही पहले से बेसुध नजर आ रही महिला कई फीट नीचे गिरी और उसकी मौत हो गई। बाद में उसका शव निकालने के लिए काफी मशक्कत करनी पड़ी। घटना को लेकर देश के नंबर वन शहर और स्मार्ट सिटी की पोल खुल गई है। गुरुवार को जिस वक्त हादसा हुआ लोगों ने अपने साधनों से रेस्क्यू शुरू किया। इस बीच पुलिस मौके और फायर ब्रिगेड भी पहुंची और रेस्क्यू शुरू किया। लेकिन न तो पुलिस और न ही फायर ब्रिगेड के पास रस्सियां थीं। बाद में नगर निगम ने कहीं से इंतजाम कर रस्सियां नीचे डालीं। बावड़ी में मौत से जूझ रहे लोगों को रस्सियां दिखीं तो उनकी जान में जान आई। नीचे बेसुध पड़ी महिलाओं, बच्चों को बांधकर निकालना शुरू किया गया, लेकिन इस दौरान एक रस्सी टूट गई। यह रस्सी भी उस वक्त टूटी जब महिला जमीन से महज 3 फीट की दूरी पर थी। इतनी ऊंचाई से रस्सी टूटी और वह सीधे 40 फीट से ज्यादा गहरी बावड़ी में जा गिरी। इसकी बानगी सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहे वीडियो से मिलती है जिसमें एक व्यक्ति महिला को रस्सी से बांधकर उसे बावड़ी से बाहर निकालने की कोशिश कर रहा है, लेकिन रस्सी टूट जाती है और महिला एक चीख के साथ दोबारा बावड़ी में गिर पड़ती है। मंदिर के आस-पास जुटे कई क्षेत्रीय नागरिक यह शिकायत भी करते दिखाई दिए कि प्रशासन हादसे की भीषणता का सही अंदाजा नहीं लगा सका और उसने बचाव के लिए थल सेना को बुलाने का फैसला घंटों के विलम्ब से किया। बता दें कि इंदौर के जिस पटेल नगर स्थित मंदिर के नीचे बरसों दबी रही बावड़ी में गिरकर 36 श्रद्धालु का...

Deepak Khatri, leader of the 'Samagra Sindhi Samaj', which organised the protest, said the administration erred in demolishing the temple and claimed Hindus were angry. "The temple will be built at the same site. Action should have been taken against those due to whom the accident took place," Khatri said. Ilaiyaraaja said the administration respects the religious beliefs of people and all steps will be taken as per the law. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in a tweet said, "After the Indore incident, the bawdi is filled. The temple was very ancient. Therefore, it will be constructed again by ensuring full safety, coordination and harmony, so that devotees can perform puja again there."

Indore Court News: इंदौर (नईदुनिया प्रतिनिधि)। स्नेह नगर (पटेल नगर) स्थित बेलेश्वर महादेव झूलेलाल बावड़ी हादसे को लेकर हाई कोर्ट में चल रही जनहित याचिकाओं में अब बेलेश्वर महादेव ट्रस्ट भी पक्षकार होगा। कोर्ट ने इस संबंध में प्रस्तुत आवेदन मंगलवार को स्वीकार लिया। कोर्ट ने यह आदेश भी दिया कि इस मामले को लेकर चल रही चारों जनहित याचिकाओं में भविष्य में एक साथ सुनवाई होगी। अगली सुनवाई तीन दिन बाद 16 जून को होनी है। मंगलवार को जिन तीन जनहित याचिकाओं में सुनवाई हुई, उनमें से पहली याचिकाकर्ता प्रमोद द्विवेदी, दूसरी पूर्व पार्षद महेश गर्ग और तीसरी याचिकाकर्ता राजेंद्र सिंह ने दायर की है। पहली दो याचिकाओं में एडवोकेट मनीष यादव और तीसरी में एडवोकेट चंचल गुप्ता पैरवी कर रहे हैं। पहली दो याचिकाओं में बेलेश्वर महादेव मंदिर बावड़ी हादसे के लिए जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ आपराधिक प्रकरण दर्ज करने, पूरे मामले की सीबीआइ जांच के आदेश देने की मांग है। तीसरी जनहित याचिका में कहा है कि सरकार ने सभी मृतकों के स्वजन के लिए एक जैसा मुआवजा तय किया है, यह सही नहीं है। मुआवजा मृतक की आय, उम्र और उस पर आश्रितों के हिसाब से तय किया जाए। इन तीन याचिकाओं के अलावा एक अन्य जनहित याचिका भी चल रही है। मंगलवार को कोर्ट ने उस आवेदन को स्वीकार कर लिया जिसमें याचिकाओं में बेलेश्वर महादेव ट्रस्ट को पक्षकार बनाने की मांग की गई है। 30 मार्च 2023 को स्नेह नगर स्थित बेलेश्वर महादेव झूलेलाल मंदिर में बावड़ी धंसने से 36 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी। उस दिन रामनवमी थी और ये सभी लोग मंदिर में आयोजित हवन में शामिल होने के लिए वहां गए थे। जिस जगह बैठकर हवन किया जा रहा था उसके नीचे 80 फीट गहरी बावड़ी थी, जिसे वर्षों पहले स्लैब ...
