Instagram for Android

Not too long ago, Instagram was just your regular über-popular photo app that was only on iOS. Nowadays, the infamous platform is a daily event in millions of people's lives. After evolving from a simple photo filter app, it took on many features to add a more social aspect to sharing your photos--quickly emerging as one of the top social networks among young and old alike. Initially, Instagram's main function revolved around embellishing your photos with a series of filters and unique frames like XPro-II, Earlybird, Lo-fi, Sutro, Toaster, Brannan, Inkwell, Walden, Hefe, Nashville, or 1977. But now, Instagram has scooped up features that originated on Snapchat, including facial filters (masks), live-streaming videos, stories, and the new release of IGTV. Despite its many attributes, Instagram's ubiquity truly lies in its capacity to cause interaction among users who are endlessly supplied with heaps of the best videos, pictures, and moments on the internet. Easily find content relating to your interests by running a quick search and tag your posts to make them more visible by adding hashtags. Now you can experience a different view of the world from a more local perspective and instantly glance at other users' snapshots no matter where they're located. You can also plug in your Instagram account to any other of your favorite social networks like Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, or Foursquare simply by tapping on the social share button. Obviously, Instagram will always be a simp...

The social media source of selfies and influencers has been a mainstay on mobile phones since 2010. In 2016 they released an app on PC for those that wanted to trade thumb swipes for mouse wheels. It delivers much of the same experience. You decide which Instagram accounts to follow and are treated to a scrolling deluge of photos, captions, and comments. You can like the photos, leave a comment, or send to another friend on Instagram. You can also watch Instagram Stories, which are videos that people upload for all of their followers to see. The strongest use case for the Windows platform is that you can use a keyboard for writing, so any Direct Message (DM for short) power users will have an easier time. It seems more of a supplement to Instagram though, as you cannot upload photos with a standard PC. You need a touch screen PC for that. So for every day browsing it gets the job done but leaves a little to be desired in the functionality category. Show your lifestyle to the world Instagram still plays best on phones and but the PC version lets you scratch the IG itch almost as well. Instagram for Windows is available for download from the Microsoft store. You can either go to the website or the store app directly on your Windows PC. After 80 megabytes of downloading and installation you’re prompted to sign up. It took a minute to find the login option for current users and the designers should have made it clearer. Once you’re up and running, the interface will be immedia...

ayushi panwar , 01/08/2022 Photo qualitys for many apps pop ups I’m glad to use it. I've never had a problem with instagram personally it's my favourite social media app as I can set out my feed the way I would like it to be presented. However I've noticed after a week when I post a full body picture the quality is amazing at first but a week later it goes blurry and the quality changes. This frustrates me as it's been happening since last year around November/December and I've re uploaded images multiple times and have the same problem. I don't understand why the app does it but there would be no point in posting an image if it turns out blurry a week later. Also the same with Instagram stories 75% of the time they come out blurry when using other techniques to the image. Another issue that's very bothering is having multiple adds pop up a day. The adds have became annoying and usually when I've wanted to find other pages I would go in the search bar area. When you follow so many pages or less, seeing multiple adds come up Especially after a busy day are becoming annoying when search down your feed. If the first issue could be attended to and fixed it would be amazing and helpful to all users who have the same problem and if the adds could be less or just something changed that would be also be helpful.
