The Women's T20 Challenge is a short equivalent of the Indian Premier League for the women. A total of three teams called Trailblazers, Supernovas and Velocity in the T20 tournament contested by female cricketers from a lot of cricket-playing nations. The Women's T20 Challenge 2022 will be the fourth season of the competition, which was created by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in 2018. The Indian cricket board (BCCI) has confirmed the five franchises set to compete in the inaugural season of the 2023 Women's Premier League. The players' auction for the first season of the Women's Premier League (WPL) is taking place in Mumbai on Monday, February 13th. 448 players from India and abroad are participating in the Women's Premier League (WPL) 2023 auction. Five franchises are bidding for a maximum of 90 players to be selected for the inaugural edition of the WPL 2023. Out of a total of 448 players, only 90 players can be selected to join one of the five teams: Delhi Capitals, Gujarat Giants, Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, or UP Warriorz.
