According to the official website of IRCTC portal i.e., https://heliyatra.irctc.co.in, those willing to enjoy aerial ride of the Kedarnath Dham can book their ride between May 28 and June 15. However, the booking of tickets beyond June 15 will be informed later, the website reads. Meanwhile, the CEO and additional secretary of Uttarakhand Civil Aviation Development Authority (UCADA), C Ravi Shankar, informed that the authority has also increased the slots for helicopter rides this year. Notably, to book for a helicopter ride, registration for Char Dham Yatra is mandatory. That means, one cannot book helicopter services without registering themselves for the yatra.
