ISC full form is Indian School Certificate. It is the examination that The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) conducts for Class XII. The examination under this board for Class XII students is designed in accordance with the New Education Policy 1986 (India). The language medium followed in this examination is English. It is eligible for students who have taken and cleared the ICSE, or equivalent examination, followed by two years of academics. The number of electives that the student can choose can be three, or even five. Though it is important to note that English is compulsory and cannot be missed out on.
