The topping on the cake is excellent connectivity via 6 lane highway and the complex is located exactly on the highway. There is rigidity for wearing dupatta on head only on women wearing jeans and salwar kurta . The said rule is not applicable to sarees and half sarees . Which is really weird . You could feel the history due to its ancient design and old style surrounding neighborhood. I would really like to recommend everyone to definitely visit this Temple. Yes, roads are narrow, so kindly do not bring the big cars. Ours was Fiat-punto.

Situated in Kangra fort - this beautiful, ancient & incomparable idol of the 1st Jain Teerthankar Lord Adinath is unique. Lord has hair ( seen behind His ears ) which is impossible to find in any other idol. Doli/palkhi is avai on call for elderly or mobility issues in people ( ask at dharamshala to call them ) Fort is also well kept thanks to ASI & so is the temple. View from the top is excellent. This Jain temple is located on the old Kangra Fort.. Need to climb some 50-75 odd steps.. Climb is not difficult.. Fort is maintained well. In the fort is this Jain Teerth, small temple with idol of Shree Adinath Bhagwan claimed to be 5000 yrs old...Got an opportunity to do seva puja of the idol.
