JBL Tune 130NC review

Let me share my points about each aspect of the TWS:- Comfort - Good (8/10) Fit - Good for home usage, bad for traveling as it can fall out of your ears when you shake your head too much (6/10) Sound Quality - Overall 9/10 -Bass: 9.5/10 -Mids: 8/10 -Treble:8.5/10 Mic:7/10 - Decent for voice calls ANC:4/10 - I could barely cancel any noise with this, but I didn't care about it anyways.. Battery life - 8/10 This earbuds is clearly a good one with great sound quality. The noise cancelation works so good. The bass, mids and highs are extremely well balanced. And the battery life is simply great! The downsides are the build quality of the case and the JBL headphones app connectivity in android phones. Most of the time the app won't let me to get into the settings page for this earbud. But the app works well in IOS though. Apart from that, some features like auto proximity play pause, multiple device connectivity and per-gesture modification features are lacking in this model.

I've been a contributing editor for PCMag since 2011. Before that, I was PCMag's lead audio analyst from 2006 to 2011. Even though I'm a freelancer now, PCMag has been my home for well over a decade, and audio gear reviews are still my primary focus. Prior to my career in reviewing tech, I worked as an audio engineer—my love of recording audio eventually led me to writing about audio gear. For $99.95, JBL’s true wireless Tune 130NC earphones deliver impressive, subwoofer-like bass and excellent battery life in a water-resistant design. As you might be able to tell from the name, they also offer A Compact Design With Excellent Battery Life Available in black, blue, or white, the Tune 130NC earpieces are relatively small. They fit securely, but you might have to fiddle with them a bit to create a strong seal. Three pairs of silicone eartips (small, medium, and large) are included. Since 1982, PCMag has tested and rated thousands of products to help you make better buying decisions. (Opens in a new window) The control panels on the exterior of each earpiece are sensitive to touch, and are easy to accidentally set off when you place the earpieces in your ears or the charging case. By default, a single tap on the left earpiece switches between ANC and Ambient modes, while a single tap on the right ear controls playback. Two taps on the left ear enables TalkThru mode, which lowers the music volume and allows you to hear your surroundings. Double and triple taps on the right ear ...
