How to apply Transcript from Kanpur University 1. Write an application addressed to Controller of examination, CSJM university for the purpose of issuing transcripts. 2. Go to Evaluation building, meet Mr. Shukla (2nd floor in evaluation building) who will sign and stamp the application, after that get your marksheets evaluated at first floor. They will ask you to collect your documents after 1 hour so that they can verify their records. 3. Once they evaluation is done, they will send you again to Mr. Shukla on 2nd floor to approve the application for transcripts. 4. Degree is verified at the administration building. Visit room no. 308 followed by room no. 208 (Mr. Verma) they will sign and stamp on the Xerox copy of your degree. 5. Purchase an envelope and postal ticket and write your full postal address on the envelope. Submit, your application and all photocopies to Mr. Atul or Mr. Rohit at the evaluation building on 1st floor. 6. You will receive transcript after 3 weeks at your address or you can collect the same from the university.
