Dhamaka is a Bollywood drama film, directed by Ram Madhvani. The film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Amita Madhwani and Ram Madhwani. Dhamaka stars Karthik Aryan and Mrunal Thakur in the lead roles. Dhamaka is a remake of Korean film 'Terror Live'. Kartik will be seen playing the role of a journalist in the film. Dhamaka follows the story of an ambitious ex-news anchor Arjun Pathak, played by Aaryan, who is given another chance to go live on prime-time television when a terrorist calls him with a bomb threat. Story In Detail Dhamaka begins with some intimate glimpses of prime time news anchor Arjun Pathak (Kartik Aaryan) and his reporter wife Soumya Mehra Pathak (Mrunal Thakur) from their social media feed before the scene cuts to the present where the former is seen sitting a divorce file in his hand. He is now working as a radio jockey in the same media conglomerate where he was once the star anchor. On one of his usual drab working days, Arjun gets a call from a man who threatens to blow up the Bandra-Worli Sea Link in Mumbai unless his demands are met. Initially thinking of it as a prank call, Arjun turns a deaf hear only to realize that the man's threats ain't empty. While scribbling down 'exclusive' on a paper, it dawns upon Arjun that this could be a perfect opportunity for him to reclaim his prime time show in exchange of the 'explosive' news. Filmmaker Rohit Dhawan’s new film “Shehzada", starring Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon, has gone on floors. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Allu Arvind and Aman Gill, the movie will arrive in cinemas on November 4, 2022. Billed as an action-packed, musical and family film, “Shehzada" began production on Tuesday with a massive set erected in the city.
