We had a great trip to Kerala for 5 days. My family and I received great service from your team. All the hotels we stayed in were good, and the staff served us the best, including food. I'd like to thank you in particular for providing us with the best driver for the local sightseeing that we've seen. Overall, it was a great experience on the Munnar and Allepy Backwaters Kerala trip through Sanguine Holidays. My partner and I took the Elephant Village tour. We were picked up our hotel at 10am and dropped home around 8pm. We agreed this was our favourite day of our trip to Kerala. Our lovely guide Suresh took us to all the great spots including tea plantations, waterfalls, and caves. They were plenty of chances to stop and take photos and he made sure he took some for us Suresh took us for lunch at a local spot and even invited us to his small village and into his home to meet with wife and child where we drank some tea. It was a moment we will not forget. We ended the day at the Elephant Village. We knew that the elephants sighting was not guaranteed and unfortunately on this occasion we did not see them. However Suresh was happy to wait over 2 hours with us in case they came and would have stayed as long as we had wanted to wait ! It was still fascinating to see where the elephants come to drink and we were entertained watching some local boys playing some football.
