Onboarding Process To start your journey with Kotak as a Loan Partner and make the registration process easier for you, here is a list of everything you need to know. Basic Details & Document upload • On the Kotak Loan Partner page, click on “Register” • You will then be redirected to a page wherein you need to fill in basic details (mobile number and date of birth) and select the type of Loan Partner you are, i.e., Individual, Proprietor, or Non-Individual. • Read the duties of the Loan Partner & provide acceptance by clicking “Continue” to complete the registration process. • Authenticate the Mobile number with the One Time Password (OTP) received on the mobile number provided. • Provide additional information based on the Type of Loan Partner selected in the above step. • Upon providing the details, upload supporting documents such as PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Address Proof, Recent Photograph of Individual/ Partners/ Directors & GST certificate (only for Non-Individuals). Your application gets processed and verified by the Bank. Once verified, you can complete your registration process with two more steps. Kotak Mahindra Bank customers who wish to pre-close their loan before the maturity of the loan can do so at the Kotak Mahindra Bank branch that disbursed the personal loan. Customers will be charged 5% of the outstanding loan amount + GST to foreclose the loan. Kotak Mahindra Bank allows customers to make only full pre-payment and no part-payment facility is available.
