LBSNAA came into being on 15th April 1958, founded by Govind Ballabh Pant to impart training for aspiring civil service candidates. The full-form of LBSNAA is Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, and it is considered a coveted institute in India. Located in Mussoorie, the institute provides training to civil servants with Group-A central civil servants.
