They said that LIC shares have been nosediving ahead of the end of the lock-in period for anchor investors. They went on to add that the fundamentals of the stock are still weak and one should avoid taking a fresh position in the Life Insurance stock till it gives a breakout. JPMorgan has initiated coverage on the LIC stock with an overweight stance and target price of Rs 840. “Thesis centers on LIC’s 0.75 times price to embedded value - a measure of market value of an insurer’s current and future policies," the global brokerage said. “LIC’s new business value is only 1 per cent of its policies in force. Therefore, with 99 per cent of value from old policies, we see 0.75x P/EV as unduly harsh, even assuming no growth. In reality, LIC has picked up growth recently," JPMorgan said. It has forecasted a growth of 6 per cent in FY22-24 for the public sector insurer. “LIC logged a 44 per cent market share in FY22 but has lost market share to peers over the last five years, JPMorgan said in its report. LIC Share Price: हिंडनबर्ग रिसर्च रिपोर्ट के अडानी समूह के स्टॉक्स के खिलाफ जारी रिपोर्ट के बाद से ही एलआईसी का शेयर का बुरा हाल है और अब तो देश की सबसे बड़ी कंपनी का शेयर स्टॉक एक्सचेंज पर लिस्टिंग के बाद से अपने ऑलटाइन लो पर आ लुढ़का है. सोमवार 27 मार्च 2023 को शेयर 2.84 फीसदी की गिरावट के साथ 544.10 रुपये पर क्लोज हुआ है. लिस्टिंग के बाद से एलआईसी का सबसे निचला क्लोजिंग प्राइस लेवल है. सोमवार की सुबह एलआईसी का शेयर 560 रुपये पर खुला और 4 फीसदी के करीब गिरावट के साथ अपने ऐतिहासिक निचले लेवल 539.10 रुपये तक जा लुढ़का. जब से अडानी समूह के शेयरों में एलआईसी के एक्सपोजर का मामला सामने आया है तब से एलआईसी के शेयर में कमजोरी जारी है. एलआईसी का शेयर अब अपने आईपीओ प्राइस से करीब 43 फीसदी नीचे जा लुढ़का है. एलआईसी के आईपीओ में निवेश करने वाले निवशकों को भारी नुकसान हो रहा है. एलआईसी ने 949 रुपये प्रति शेयर के भाव पर आईपीओ में पैसे जुटाये थे. यानि निवेशकों को 405 रुपये प्रति शेयर का नुकसान हो रहा है. मान लिजिए किसी निवेशक ने 949 रुपये के भाव पर एलआईसी के 100 शेयर खरीदें हैं जिसके लिए उन्हें 94900 रुपये देने पड़े थे. लेकिन इस गिरावट के बाद उनके निवेश घटकर 54400 रुपये रह गया है. यानि निवेशकों को 40500 रुपये का नुकसान हो रहा है. हिंडनबर्ग की रिपोर्ट 24 जनवरी 2023 को जारी हुई थी उस दिन एलआईसी का शेयर 702 रुपये पर ट्रेड कर रहा था. लेकिन उस लेवल से शेयर अब 22.50 फीसदी के करीब नीचे आ चुका है. एलआईसी ने अडानी समूह की अलग अलग कंपनियों के 30,127 करोड़ रुपये के स्टॉक खरीदे हुए थे. बीएसई के डाटा के मुताबिक एलआईसी के पास अडानी एंटरप्राइजेज की 4.23 फीसदी, अडानी ट्रांसमिशन में 3.65 फीसदी, अडानी ...
